what children say about alps

ALPS is fun. I like to write long stories and read them to everyone. Then they all applaud and I smile. I learn to use good phrases and proverbs to make my story interesting so it's not boring and it doesn't go on and on and on and on.  Joanne, age 6

I used to think that spelling was hard and I didn't really like it.  Now I get good grades and it's easy. I used to hate homework because it was so boring and you just had to do it, but now I think it's fun.  Matthew, age 9

Kids learn in different ways, and my teacher knows the way that each child’s brain worked. She teaches you how your brain works so you can make it powerful. She is the best teacher I've ever had.  Emily, age 12

When you learn with Accelerated Learning you learn to use your brain. You make it powerful. You succeed and you know what you will do when you get older. You have targets and you celebrate when you reach them. You feel good about school and you feel confident and clever.  Dinesh, age 10

When I went into fifth grade, I was worried that other kids would hold me back. But our new teacher used ALPS, and everyone changed their attitude. Lessons were more fun and I could really concentrate and learn fast. I knew that if I wanted to get a good job, like in the police or a sports teacher, I needed to learn a lot. The more I learned, the more interested I was in learning more.  I want a good education. I need to be in classes where everyone works hard, and I need the teacher to use methods to help all the kids achieve highly. Stephen,  age 13
